All the customer data shall be stored and processed by us whilst observing the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the teleservices data protection act (TDDSG). You have a right to information, and the correction, blocking and deletion of your stored date free of charge at any time. Please send an email to info@akspiele.de or send your demand to us by post or fax. We shall not pass on your personal data including your home address and email address to third parties without your express consent, which can be revoked at any time. Service partners who we require for the transmission of data to process the order (e.g. the shipping company commissioned with the order and the credit institute commissioned with the handling of payments) are excluded from this clause. However, in these cases the scope of the transferred data shall be restricted to the necessary minimum. We solely employ this technology for your purchase in our shop. A random number is generated, which shall be stored in a file called a cookie during your purchase. The cookie shall be deleted again as soon as you leave our website. You can administer the acceptance of the cookies of our page in your browser and if necessary block this (then the order will not work). Credit investigation: In the cases of delivery in return for payment data shall, if necessary, be exchange with your consent with BiLLSAFE GmbH, Marktplatz 1, 14532 Europarc Dreilinden in order to inspect your credit-worthiness. If necessary you can consent to this credit investigation or reject it during the ordering process.
