Delivery

We ship your order in 1 to 3 workdays. If you choose the payment mthode cash in advance (transfer to our account) we wait for the receipt of payment - the order is not processed until the payment is not done. The delivery times can deviate for some products. In case of deviations you will find the probable delivery time directly in the product description. We shall inform you of delivery delays via email. You can view the details of your order in your account.

In the case of express shipment are the payment and order time very important. Shipment on the same day is only possible if you have ordered before 12:00 pm and the payment is already done at the same time. The number of days refers to the working days not including saturday and sunday. No shipments or deliveries are made on saturdays and sundays.

Please inform us in advance by telephone or email if you want to send the goods back. We can pick up the parcel from you for free charge. Please do not send any goods to us postage not prepaid in order to prevent unnecessary costs. If you should incur costs for the return shipment we shall reimburse you this amount. Information on environmental and waste disposal

Return of spent batteries and accumulators Our withdrawal liability as a traders: we as traders are required by law to take batteries that are sold by us back for free. Please accept this offer and you will help to keep our environment clean. Your obligation to return as a consumer: Batteries and accumulators is not for household waste. Since 1998, committed the battery regulation all citizens batteries used exclusively on trade or the specially provided collection points to dispose of. If you want to return your batteries to us, please ensure that the shipment is sent prepaid.

Old electronic equipment is not for the household waste.

Since 24 March 2006 old electronic devices may not be disposed in the household garbage. The scheme applies to all electronic and electrical equipment - from electric toothbrushes to home tanning beds, from washing machines to digital cameras, no matter how old. Also lamps, fluorescent tubes and energy saving light bulbs are included. The devices are free to be withdrawn from cities and towns. This shall be done at assembly or is it offered even a pickup. In general, already existing collection systems (such as recycling centers, garbage collection) can be used.
